almonds at night are working well waking up with energy vs being drained test peak went awesome! as well got the right sugars, carbs and salts to make the muscles look full and cut , veins wanna rip out (great thing) today is my last day at the gym before show time so all i wanna do is hit a few muscle groups light to get some blood pumping to the fibers
triceps
6 sets of 20-30 reps overheads (push with triceps not back)
6 sets of 30-50 reps dumbell triceps press
6 sets of 6-12 reps skull crushers
chest
6 sets of 15-20 reps flat benchpress
6 sets of 20-30 reps decline benchpress
abs
15 sets of 10-30 reps russian setups with a weight on the chest
post workout shake BMF protein 1.2 scoops in 5oz of water
