contest prep 9-19-11 5 days out
monday september 19th 5 days out last back day before show....... feel good peaked a bit soon so i am going to sleep with almonds next to my bed to eat every 3 hours so i dont eat more muscle then i gotta my test peak for the stage went bad a day or 2 ago my body hated the salt and i looked flat as a pancake
todays workout was 6 sets of 6-12 reps lat pulldowns
6 sets of 6-12 reps machine rows
6 sets of 6-12 reps dumbell rows
7 sets of 30-50 reps pullups
post workout BMF protein shake 1.5 scoops and 6 oz of watter
